Amy is Senior Paralegal, Corporate and Securities at Pembina Pipeline Corporation who focuses on corporate secretarial, governance and securities matters. Before joining Pembina, she was Senior Paralegal at Simplex Legal LLP, a tech forward, virtual law firm. Prior to that, she worked at CNOOC Petroleum North America ULC, formerly Nexen Inc., in the corporate governance department supporting public and subsidiary entity management, securities and financings.
