Anthea Ryan is a seasoned governance professional with over a decade of experience in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and stakeholder engagement. She currently serves as Tribunal Coordinator at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, where she oversees governance activities, supports the adjudicative process, and ensures adherence to statutory frameworks.

Anthea has held various leadership roles, including serving as President of ARMA Toronto and Board member of AIIM International’s Canadian Chapter, where she led initiatives to promote best practices in information governance and fostered collaboration among professionals.


Anthea is also the founder of AIIM International’s BIPOC Committee, where she champions diversity, equity, and inclusion by creating platforms for underrepresented voices in the information management community. Her dedication to inclusive leadership and strategic governance continues to drive her work in supporting organizational success and effective decision-making.

With certifications in Project Management (PMP), Change Management (CMP), and Information Governance (CIP), Anthea combines technical expertise with a passion for fostering accountability and transparency in governance frameworks.
