Iliata Djossou

With over 15 years of experience in administrative management and 5 years in Corporate Governance, iliata Djossou brings her expertise to decision-making bodies.

Currently serving as an Intermediate Governance Specialist at the University of Ottawa, she supports the Board of Governors, the Senate, their respective Committees, and several Internal Governance Committees. She contributes to strategic planning, decision-making, and compliance processes while promoting best governance practices.

Iliata is also the founder of AdminPlus Conseils, a firm specializing in administrative and governance services.

She is committed to continuous learning in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and nurtures a passion for walking, reading, and culinary creativity.
