Kevin Chong

Kevin Chong is a Chartered Secretary and governance professional with over a decade of experience in corporate governance, board governance, and compliance. He currently serves as the Governance and Projects Coordinator at Victoria University in the University of Toronto, providing administrative support to the Board of Regents and Senate. His previous roles include Corporate Secretarial Analyst at Keystone Corporate Services Inc. in North Vancouver and Assistant Company Secretarial Manager at Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited (1083.hk), a listed subsidiary of the Towngas Group (3.hk), in Hong Kong. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Corporate Governance, and a Bachelor of Social Science in Government and Public Administration.

He is also a member of the Governance Professionals of Canada, the Chartered Governance Institute, and the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute. Kevin is also actively involved in volunteer work and is proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
