Shirley Farr

Shirley Farr is a seasoned corporate governance professional with over 25 years experience as a Corporate Secretary, Assistant Corporate Secretary and in governance roles in diverse industries including finance, insurance, oil and gas, real estate, utilities, technology as well as not-for-profit.

Shirley holds a B.A. (with distinction) from the University of Calgary, as well as the GPC.D designation from the Governance Professionals of Canada. She has volunteered with GPC as a member of the Ontario Great Lakes Chapter and previously with the Calgary Chapter for over 15 years.
