Annie Laurenson, GPC.D,

Annie Laurenson is an experienced governance leader and Company/Corporate Secretary with more than 20 years of experience in business administration including 15-years experience with public companies within the mining industry. Prior to joining Lundin Mining Annie was the Assistant Manager Board Services and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Bank of Montreal and held progressively senior governance and administration roles with several TSX and TSXV listed mining companies. Annie has been involved in all aspects of the administration of publicly listed companies including mergers and acquisitions, legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, board and committee matters, continuous disclosure requirements, corporate transactions, shareholder communications and corporate records.

Annie is Chair of Lundin Mining’s Diversity, Inclusion, Anti Racism and Discrimination Committee (“DIARD”) a multi-disciplinary working group established to further the Corporation’s diversity and inclusion agenda, which aims to create and foster a workplace that reflects and contributes to the diverse, global communities in which Lundin Mining operates. Annie is passionate about promoting voices in the BIPOC community and sees a need for members of the BIPOC community to connect, build a community together and promote each other within the resource industry. Annie is dedicated to creating safer, more inclusive spaces for the BIPOC community and works tirelessly to advocate for change.

Annie holds a Master of Laws (Business Law) degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, the Governance Professionals of Canada Designation (GPC.D) and is an active member of The Femina Collective.
