Annie Laurenson currently serves as the Director, Governance & Corporate Secretary of Lundin Mining Corporation. Prior to joining Lundin Mining, Ms. Laurenson held pivotal positions such as the Assistant Manager, Bank Board Services & Assistant Corporate Secretary of Bank of Montreal, and the Corporate Secretary of Chieftain Metals Corp. Her career also includes significant roles in governance and administration with several TSX and TSXV-listed mining companies

At Lundin Mining, Annie also chairs the Diversity, Inclusion, Anti-Racism, and Discrimination Committee (DIARD), a dynamic group committed to advancing the corporation’s diversity and inclusion agenda. In 2023, Annie was named to Canada’s top 100 Black Women to Watch by Canada International Black Women Excellence (“CIBWE). Additionally, Annie is an engaged member of Femina Collective, further demonstrating her commitment to advancing professional excellence and diversity within her field and amplifying women’s voices.

Annie holds a Master of Laws (Business Law) degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, the Governance Professionals of Canada Designation (GPC.D), and the Corporate Directors Institute designation (CDI.D).
