As the Director of Strategic Planning at Mutual Life, and then Clarica, Peter led the overall operational and strategic planning process. In an environment of complex change, his skillful facilitation of planning sessions with the senior management team was instrumental in the determination of key strategic decisions. Peter left Sun Life Financial as Vice President of Corporate Accounts to launch The Planning Group in 2002.
