Tash Taylor MBA, CEC, CRM

As a management consultant and certified executive coach, Tash specializes in all aspects of board governance, organizational performance, team effectiveness, strategy, and public participation. Using a strengths-based approach, Tash works with governors, politicians, and senior leaders to build capacity for leaders and their organizations.

Tash brings over 25 years leadership experience working and consulting with leaders in public and non-profit organizations, government, municipalities, and Indigenous communities.

Her active career includes executive level service with one of Canada’s largest school authorities as the Director of Board and Executive Relations, as Chief of Staff and Strategy in the post-secondary sector, and executive leadership in the community sector.

Tash holds an MBA specializing in Executive Leadership, has her Diploma in Management Consulting, and holds Executive Coaching and Canadian Risk Management designations. Tash also has completed the Queen’s University Strategy and Strategic Analytics Program, is a certified PROCSI Change Practitioner, and holds the IAP2 Certificate in public engagement.
